You really have to play it and try it, very adddicting because of the open world and anthing can be resourced. The game is very detailed and I havent experienced any bugs and im prettty sure they patched it.
Fortunately it took me a while to reach the next sector or time zone of the map. I thought i was pretty badass in the desert and then figured out that there was a much LARGER population of zombies next door.
